REKJ’s Munger Avenue development transformed the character of an entire city block through duplex infill construction. The work combined a broader development vision with the day-to-day discipline required to deliver multiple residences.

These homes bring together open living and dining, contemporary finishes, vertical circulation, and rooftop outdoor space. Approximately 2,067-square-foot residences with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths demonstrate how modern homes can fit into an urban setting.

The project reflects the work behind infill: organizing construction on constrained sites, coordinating trades, and bringing a consistent finish standard through the development.
