A VISION FOR STRONGER DALLAS COMMUNITIES
Housing investment reaches beyond a single repair. It supports the homes, daily routines, and neighborhood connections that residents depend on.

Preserve existing housing and support investment in established communities.

Roofing, exterior protection, and practical improvements that extend a home’s useful life.

Thoughtful accessibility and interior improvements that help residents use their homes.

CITIZENS FIRST. NEIGHBORHOODS FORWARD.
Community support becomes tangible when a household can rely on its home. A roof that protects, systems that function, and spaces residents can use are the everyday reasons this work matters.
REKJ helps translate approved housing and repair initiatives into work on the ground. We bring construction coordination, rehabilitation experience, and follow-through to projects that preserve existing homes and support the people who live in them.
WHAT THE WORK SUPPORTS
Approach repairs with respect for residents, their living spaces, and the importance of a functional home.
Address essential repair needs and extend the useful life of homes already serving the community.
Support neighborhood investment through rehabilitation alongside the creation of new housing.
Align construction with an approved scope and the program’s requirements for quality and completion.
GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS / COMMUNITY INVESTMENT
Housing programs need a contractor who can connect an approved scope to the reality of an existing home. REKJ’s municipal experience spans estimating, trade coordination, occupied-home repairs, inspections, and closeout.
Our record includes $3M+ in direct municipal awards and more than 100 City of Dallas home-repair projects since 2020. The Dallas Tomorrow Fund engagement awarded $500,000 annually for three consecutive contract years and was successfully completed.
That experience is about more than the value of the contract. It is about turning the contract into organized work that supports citizens and the homes they depend on.

NONPROFIT SUPPORT / CONSTRUCTION IN SERVICE OF THE MISSION
Nonprofit housing work connects an organization’s goals with the specific needs of a property and its residents. REKJ supports that process through repair, rehabilitation, and hands-on construction services.
Our experience with Jubilee Park & Community Center and Volunteers of America Texas brings practical delivery into community housing initiatives: understand the scope, coordinate the trades, and follow the work through.
We see construction as a way to help organizations carry out their housing mission, with attention to the residents and neighborhoods the work is intended to serve.
