The Delano development brought five new townhome residences to an urban infill setting near downtown Dallas. Each residence is approximately 1,700 square feet, with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
Delivering multiple homes on an urban site calls for careful sequencing, trade coordination, and consistent execution from structure to finishes. REKJ carried the project through the practical challenges of infill construction to the completed residences.
A contemporary facade, open interiors, and considered use of vertical space give the development its identity.
